The family room with its big bay window has both a double and a single bed which makes the room more versatile for guests needs. The room is spacious and has a well appointed en-suite shower room.

The sunny double bedded room is warmly decorated and has a large en-suite shower room. This room overlooks the secluded back garden.
The single room has a view across the race course and towards the North to the Fife coast and has sole use of the large private bathroom.

Each morning guests can enjoy fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and a full cooked breakfast in the cosy breakfast room. We also cater for special dietary needs or preferences.
